Doctors Arthur
and Vance McCausland are board certified members/fellows of the American
College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. They are leaders in the treatment
of excessive menstrual bleeding (“menorrhagia”) via minimally
invasive surgery. They have published numerous papers and presented in
multiple venues about their experience and concerns regarding long-term
complications arising from current Total or Global Endometrial Ablation

| Gregg A. VanDusseldorp Sr. |
| Mr. VanDusseldorp has 35 years experience in the design, development, and manufacture of urological and gynecological medical devices with a primary focus on electro-surgery. He is a member of The American Urological Association, sits on the Purdue University Calumet Faculty Advisory board and has extensive experience in surgical techniques and problem solving. Working side-by-side with surgeons in operating rooms has allowed him to investigate equipment and procedural problems and thus facilitate new and innovative device concepts. He is an accomplished inventor holding numerous patents in the fields of urology and gynecology. After 20 years as Director of Engineering at another medical device company, he founded Omnitech Systems, Inc. in June of 1994. The founding principle was to provide a platform for a unique family-oriented company employing a highly trained workforce. From the start the standard of Omnitech Systems, Inc. has been to focus on the high quality necessary to produce innovative device concepts as well as existing industry product lines. He currently acts as President and CEO of Omnitech systems, Inc. In 2000, he formed Gregg A. VanDusseldorp and Associates, Inc., a closely held entity to own and license his personal patents. |
